बिहार में एएसआई की फायरिंग से एक की मौत, तीन घायल

मधुबनी में एएसआई की शर्मनाक हरकत

बिहार के मधुबनी जिले से एक चौंकाने वाली घटना सामने आई है, जहां एएसआई चंद्रमोहन ने अवैध संबंध के चलते ग्रामीणों पर अपनी सर्विस रिवॉल्वर से फायरिंग की। इस घटना में एक व्यक्ति की जान चली गई और तीन अन्य गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए। घटना के बाद पूरे क्षेत्र में हड़कंप मच गया।

अवैध संबंध के चलते हुई फायरिंग

सोमवार रात को ग्रामीणों ने एएसआई को एक महिला के साथ आपत्तिजनक स्थिति में पकड़ लिया। जब ग्रामीणों ने उन्हें घेर लिया, तो एएसआई ने अपनी पिस्टल से फायरिंग शुरू कर दी और मौके से भाग निकले। इस फायरिंग में 50 वर्षीय अशोक यादव को गोली लगी, जिससे उनकी मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। अन्य घायलों में फूलो देवी, विजेंद्र यादव और धनिक लाल यादव शामिल हैं, जिनका इलाज अस्पताल में चल रहा है।

Tonight, some villagers spotted him there and caught him red-handed. After apprehending him, they locked him inside the house. Realizing he was completely surrounded, the ASI fired three to four rounds from his service pistol. Upon receiving information about the incident, a ‘Dial 112’ police response team immediately arrived at the scene. Four individuals had sustained gunshot wounds; they were transported to the Sadar Hospital via police vehicle for medical treatment. During the course of treatment, one individual, 50-year-old Ashok Yadav, passed away. Three others, who also sustained gunshot wounds, are currently undergoing treatment. The ASI responsible for this act has fled the scene. Two special teams have been formed to track him down. A search operation is underway; he has been placed under suspension, and a case of murder has been registered against him…”

इनाम की घोषणा

घटना की गंभीरता को देखते हुए मधुबनी के एसएसपी योगेंद्र कुमार ने घटनास्थल का दौरा किया। उन्होंने बताया कि आरोपी एएसआई को निलंबित कर दिया गया है और उस पर हत्या का मामला दर्ज किया गया है। उनकी गिरफ्तारी के लिए दो विशेष टीमों का गठन किया गया है और पुलिस ने उनकी गिरफ्तारी पर ₹25,000 का इनाम घोषित किया है।

कानून के सामने सभी समान

एसएसपी ने कहा कि आरोपी चाहे कोई भी हो, कानून के सामने सभी समान हैं। उन्होंने मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कराने के निर्देश दिए हैं। यह घटना पुलिस व्यवस्था पर सवाल उठाती है और वर्दी में रहकर इस तरह की हरकत करना न केवल कानून का उल्लंघन है, बल्कि आम जनता के विश्वास को भी ठेस पहुंचाता है।
