मुंबई: महाराष्ट्र की राजधानी में स्थित एक विशेष एनआईए अदालत ने 2008 के मालेगांव विस्फोट मामले में सभी आरोपियों को बरी कर दिया है, जिनमें पूर्व बीजेपी सांसद प्रज्ञा सिंह ठाकुर और लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल प्रसाद पुरोहित शामिल हैं।
जज का बयान: संदेह पर आधारित था अभियोजन
विशेष न्यायाधीश ए.के. लाहोटी ने 17 साल बाद इस मामले का फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा कि अभियोजन पक्ष केवल संदेह पर निर्भर रहा और आरोपों को साबित करने में असफल रहा। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि, भले ही यह घटना गंभीर थी, लेकिन दोषसिद्धि ठोस कानूनी सबूतों पर आधारित होनी चाहिए, नैतिकता पर नहीं।
