Ban on MOBIKINS MK-PB-04 Power Banks

Important Update for Air Travelers: If you are planning to travel by air, there is significant news for you. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has prohibited the use of the 'MOBIKINS MK-PB-04' model power banks on both domestic and international flights in India.

According to reports, the DGCA has instructed airlines to prevent passengers from carrying the MOBIKINS MK-PB-04 power bank on flights to and from India, as well as on domestic flights. This decision follows a recent incident where a fire broke out on an IndiGo flight from Delhi to Chennai, raising concerns about potential safety hazards.

It is important to note that the ban on the 'MOBIKINS MK-PB-04' model power bank applies not only to domestic flights within India but also to international flights. Therefore, you cannot carry this model of power bank on any flights operating in or out of India.
